You need to be an existing rental customer. The referral must be received before your friend starts an application with us. Your rental payments must be up to date. A payment will be sent to the existing customer, as named on their rental agreement. The payment will be sent by cheque in the post.	They must give permission for you to pass their details on to us. They need to successfully complete the application and delivery process. They must live in a separate household to you. If they keep their rental payments up to date you will receive your cash reward after their second monthly payment. They will receive 50% off their first 2 months' rental.

How many friends or family members can I recommend?

Unlimited. Remember that after five successful referrals your reward increases to £100 for every friend you recommend to us.
When will I receive my reward?

You will receive your reward when your friend has made their second monthly payment. Your account must also be up to date to qualify for the reward.
When will I know if my friend was successful in their application?

As applications are confidential we cannot share this information with you. However, we will notify you if and when your payment is awarded.
I recommended a friend but have not received my reward. Why?

There are number of reasons. It may be that your friend was unsuccesful in their application or did not complete the process.
