This World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development, we’re celebrating our nationwide team of in-house engineers who keep homes running across the UK – while helping extend the life of the products we all depend on.

Repair is always our first priority. By fixing appliances and maintaining equipment wherever possible, we help reduce unnecessary waste and keep perfectly good products in use for longer.

If a repair isn’t possible, they’ll deliver and install a replacement at no extra cost – even integrated appliances. Many of our appliances are professionally refurbished, providing reliable performance while supporting a more circular approach to home essentials.

Our engineers also set up TVs and deliver mobility scooters, helping customers stay comfortable, connected, and independent in their own homes.
