Top laundry tips to be blemish and wrinkle free this London Fashion Week.

As it is London Fashion Week this week, we thought we would give you some key pointers as to how to protect your clothes and look your best as we navigate the runway of life.

• Read the manual and ask our installers about key laundry equipment features.
• Sort your laundry according to colour, fabric type to prevent colour bleeding and damage.
• Use appropriate detergent and adjust quantity to suit load size and degree of soiling.
• Check laundry care labels to determine recommended cycles.
• Empty pockets! Coins, keys and tissues can damage the machine or your clothes.
• Close zips and consider fastening buttons to avoid snagging garments.
• Choose gentle cycles for delicate items.
• Avoid overloading the drum as it can infringe upon wash quality and damage clothes.
• Use a laundry bag for delicate items such as lingerie or tights.
• Clean the machines regularly to avoid the build-up pf lint, dirt and detergent residue which can transfer to clothes!
• Turn dark clothes inside out to prevent fading.
• Add some baking soda to the drum to help deodorise smelly items.
• If you leave your clothes in the dryer and they get creased, pop a few ice cubes into the machine and set the dryer to run for 5 minutes and them remove them immediately. They should be wrinkle free.. and no botox needed!
