Last Friday, our team had the honour of attending the prestigious Innovative Electrical Retailing Awards at the Park Plaza, Albert Embankment, London. It was an afternoon filled with excitement and anticipation as we were finalists in six categories, showcasing our relentless commitment to excellence across various facets of our business, from customer service to sustainability, service and repairs, marketing, and our website.

We were particularly thrilled to be highly commended for our efforts in Service and Repairs. This acknowledgment underscores our unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality of support and support. Our customers across the UK know that they can rely on the same/ next day engineer response delivered by our in-house team of engineers. If there is an issue with one of our home or electrical appliances, we deliver a fast, local-based response on a nationwide basis, coordinated by our highly adept team at head office.

The highlight of the IER Awards 2024 was taking home the highly coveted awards for Best Marketing and Advertising Campaign as well as Best Website. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and innovative strategies of our marketing and content team, who tirelessly strive to keep our communications effective, engaging, and customer-centric.
