If something goes wrong with any of our rented products, we aim to provide a same day* repair service. Our engineers' fix rate on their first-time visit is 90%. Where we are not able to fix the product on the first day, we either revisit the next day, bringing the necessary repair parts, or we provide a replacement item if a repair is not possible.
